Images do not need to shout. Sometimes the most important part of a photograph is what disappears into shadow.

About deep-shade

A place for photographs, visual experiments and the process behind them.

deep-shade combines a minimal photography portfolio with composition studies, editorial notes and a lightweight browser darkroom. The visual system stays deliberately restrained: white space, black type, monochrome imagery and only the lines needed to give the content structure.
